Investment Mandate
Future Fund
The Investment Mandate for the Future Fund was issued in May 2006. Additional information regarding the Investment Mandate can be found in the Future Fund Act 2006.
On 28 February 2007, the Government issued a Ministerial Direction to the Future Fund Board of Guardians regarding the transfer of a shareholding in Telstra. A copy of the Ministerial Direction is available here.
Higher Education Endowment Fund
The Investment Mandate for the Higher Education Endowment Fund was issued in October 2007 and articulates the expectations for how the Fund will be invested and managed until such time as directions are made for investing and managing the Fund over the longer term. Additional information regarding the Investment Mandate can be found in the Higher Education Endowment Fund Act 2007.
