Flexible work practices help our people excel and help our organisation achieve its objectives.

We understand how important it is to harmonise the balance between work and life. We offer a variety of formal and informal flexible working practices and tools.

Formal flexible work arrangements are available to all staff. This includes personal leave arrangements for primary and secondary carers.  

Staff can increase their annual leave entitlement through our annual leave purchasing scheme.

We also use technology to help people work more flexibly with remote access. Tablet devices are available to help staff balance their commitments.
