Senate Order on Entity Contracts (Murray Motion)
Listing for the Future Fund Management Agency relating to the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023.
There are no non-procurement contracts to report in respect of that period.

Most of the contracts listed contain confidentiality provisions of a general nature that are designed to protect the confidential information of the parties that may be obtained or generated in carrying out the contract.
The reasons for including such clauses include:
- ordinary commercial prudence that requires protection of trade secrets, proprietary information and the like; and/or
- protection of other Commonwealth material and personal information.
The accountable authority of the Future Fund Management Agency has assured that the listed contracts do not contain any inappropriate confidentiality provisions.
Senate order for production of indexed list of agency files (Harradine Report)
Every six months we publish an indexed list of files relating to policy advising functions, the development of legislation and matters of public administration, in line with our obligations under the continuing order of indexed list of department and agency files.

Privacy (Australian Government Agencies - Governance) APP Code 2017 (Cth)
From 1 July 2018, the Future Fund Management Agency is required to conduct a privacy impact assessment (PIA) for all high risk privacy projects. We must also maintain and publish a register of the PIAs we conduct.

APS Employee Census 2022
The Agency participated in the APS Employee Census 2022. Our highlights report shows that overall staff engagement stood at 79%, with a 72% response rate for all invited.
This year’s census continued to show strong levels of emotional connection and commitment to working for the Agency consistent with previous years. Insights from the census will continue to inform our business planning, operations and decisions.
Our current priorities are outlined in our 2021-22 annual report and include developing our people; building out of our diversity and inclusion commitments; expanding our voice; consolidating and improving processes and continuing to enhance our unique and high-performing culture.
