Future Fund recognised for innovation in institutional investment

The Future Fund’s Dr Raphael Arndt has been recognised by global publisher Chief Investment Officer as the winner of its 2017 award for innovation in the sovereign wealth fund category.

The awards celebrate the asset owners and organisations driving innovation in institutional asset management.

Accepting the award Dr Arndt, the Future Fund’s Chief Investment Officer, said:

“From the start we wanted to be an organisation that was flexible, nimble and opportunity-driven with an investment process that was dynamic and brought viewpoints from a variety of investment strategists on the team.

“As our team and investment portfolios have grown we have worked hard to continue and enhance that approach and maintain a culture that connects everyone to our purpose and our core investment beliefs. Refreshing our processes and the way we work and collaborate is central to sustaining our success.”
